IN HOUSE R&D CENTER

Here at ACV all of our design, testing and development is carried out within our in house on site fully accredited R&D center. Our products always are always 100% application engineered only using original samples. Equipped with over 50 dedicated engineers covering all the required skill sets ensures we offer our partners like for like when comparing our product with the OE. This facility also allows us to continuously optimise our development costs and in turn offer a premium quality product.

By carefully selecting all the required materials and following all the strict and stringent processes within our industry all our products are designed & manufactured to function and withstand the most extreme road and weather conditions. In parallel with this we also ensure product safety by applying the same calculation methods and test procedures defined within the same product standards.

Regular rigorous testing and engineering studies are carried out throughout all the stages of our manufacturing processes starting from the prototype design, production, testing and the final approval process. By following our systematic Quality and TQM processes and procedures our team of engineers are always looking for ways to continuously improve our product quality and reduce further our development times in the most effective and efficient ways.
